So far everything good.. My customers are able to return fast and easily. Great upgrade to your store. You can customize the landing page to your liking as well. Samad from customer support helped me with all of my needs in a quick time. Great app

Fantastic app - one click install, easy to setup/modify, and does exactly what it says it does! I am floored by how great this FREE app is! My returns instantly went from cumbersome for both me and my customers to professional, quick and easy. This helps to automate the process - the customer enters their info and their order pops up, they choose what they want to return from the list of their items, check a box indicating why, submit, and it comes to my inbox. I approve, and they are automatically sent a unique RMA number and instructions on how to return. I even have a returns center page on my site now (automatcially set up by AfterShip - I just created the page), which is so much better than the basic info I provided on my own page. Thank you, Aftership!

Easy setup, seamless integration. A quality build that will (hopefully) never need to be used, but provides customers quick access in the event of any problems occurring. 5 Stars!!
