AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

I am not a customer yet, but the support was wonderful. Aditya was very knowledgeable and helpful, and everything I needed was explained clearly to me.

Ankit and Garvita are just Amazing. Their Customer Service's outstanding AfterShip tracking feature is a game-changer for my business, but what really stands out to me is their outstanding customer service. I've been utilizing AfterShip for a while now for tracking shipments, managing returns, and securing shipping insurance - the seamless integration with Shopify is solid. The app is robust, significantly simplifying what can often be a complicated shipment management process.

It is confusing and not easy to set up. I you have someone who understands all the steps you have to take to get this running in the background, then it will be easy. But for a new person setting up their shop, its not east to get running.

Great and super responsive customer service response to inquiries. Have not yet seen if it meets our stores need for store credit, but hope to explore options soon.

There is some room for improvement, but overall an amazing asset for our shop!

(if exchanging an item, for example, I would love for my current inventory to show up for the customer to pick from)

App works brilliantly. Really helpful customer service, resolved my query in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend this to fellow Shopify users looking for a seamless returns process.
