Good, not great. There are some UX issues that make it occasionally buggy but the CS team is always very responsive and helpful.

Adiyta was super helpful with the new update using Vesyl. I chatted with multiple people and he was the only one to figure out the issue.

Very good app and decent updates constantly evolving. Would recommend particularly to people in the fashion/sized clothing game

The description stated the free plan allows 5 returns per month. The free plan on the app itself states 3.

Very simply to install and set up, very useful app & easy to use from a customers perspective.
Would be great to have the ability to attach pre-paid return labels as well as different email response options for customers who have changed their minds vs faulty items.

Great app!But if possible would like to be able to resend the customers their return instructions. Some customers claim they did not receive so a resend button will be great.

This app seems amazing. However setting up has not been user friendly. help page is missing a lot of topics and links.

like the app. keeps returns organised.
but got annoying 'leave 5-star review' reminder at the top of page all the time.

Would be 5 stars if they have the option to add notes for staff-only to read. Sometimes customers put through a request and then change/add a special request but no way to track this between staff
