Amazing customer service! workd perfectly for my customers and now i can relief from stress . i recommend this return center app!
This app is okay, but the support could be much better. Before installing I asked about offering stored credit. Once I completely implemented this in my business, I am not told that store credit as a return option is only available for Shopify Plus members. That plus the outsourced support and D+ in security made me quickly uninstall the app.
Please accept my sincere apology for the experience you had. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users.
Refund to store credit is available with Shopify Plus users only as of now.

Amazing services for absolutely no cost. You can get the AfterShip branding removed for free as well to give off a more professional. look. Great app!
Excellent app, well designed, very good
AfterShip's seamless integration of an easy-to-use return site brings immeasurable value to our store. Any user that hears of your store for the first time will have their doubts. Needs lots of improvement. When we asked about the features we needed, the short answer was "maybe".
Its a nice UI and UX but I feel like some key features are missing. I want to be able to see what the customer sees when they make a return. And how do we edit the merge tags?
