Love it! Super easy to use and looks great!
I really do like the app but the customer service isn't the best. I reached out for a question about my return window being 14 days (I had a customer submit a request well after her 14 days had past. - months) I was advised to refer to a screenshot of my return window. I wanted to know how this was possible. I never recvd a response. Only until I advised I would write a review.
Please accept my sincere apology for the experience you had. However, this is not the experience we want to provide to our users.

Great app and super easy to learn how to use. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for returns for store credit.
I love this app so much is has been great for my Shopify website and the support also has been great.

but got annoying 'leave 5-star review' reminder at the top of page all the time.
The best app and a great help for order tracking! They cover a wide range of couriers world wide which makes them the best! Just installed it and hoping to get more out of it.
