Please everyone be aware. They DO NOT HAVE "free plans". After you install the app, you won't be able to use it unless you subscribe for Free TRIAL. The basic plan starts at $11 per month.

Won't let me post any logos to customize return page. Just keeps saying resize the picture even though I've tried resizing it small and large.

Downloaded, wanted to setup a custom domain and support had no clue what to do, not keen to use a company with support that is unknowledgeable if I'm trusting them to take on an important task.

After 1 year using the app, found out there was a bug and it didnt work.
Support tried over and over to solve it and eventually did. they confirmed the bug and could see in the analytics that I didnt use it for a whole year. yet, refused to give me any compensation.
Stay away! poor service poor support.

This app is easy to use and has a free forever plan to get you started. Easy to customize return policy and page. Great customer support!
I added this app to help me set up a return procedure for my store. I had some questions about the set up process and reached out to support who quickly helped me out! This app is great for automizing your return process and is customizable for your brand. If you need help with creating return labels this App is sure to help you out!
So easy to set up with all the necessary info needed in the app. But if there are any questions support is quick to follow up with help. I also love the added function of branding and making the app look in line with my store. Great stuff.
