The help center is really quick to respond and helpful. Most things are easy to navigate to and to customize.

I needed help with setting our return date within 15 days. My issue was resolved very quickly. The customer rep was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great support, they answered all my questions. The installing and setting is very easy and you can always have support from the customer service in case is needed.

Moazzam spent time help me solve shipping from US. his service is great, unfortunately aftership doesn't support UK credit card when setting USPC returns shipping therefore we can't use aftership to manage our returns for US customers using USPS. I hope enhance this feature
