Es una aplicacion facil i intuitiva, no carga tu tienda porque va con enlaces a sus paneles. Y ademas si no tienes devoluciones es gratis.
i like the app it works well for me and keeps customers happy. if still think there could be some changes to make it better but i still use it. Thanks

This AfterShip app is very user friendly. Any app that is easy to navigate wins me over. So far, i plan on using it for my business and will recommend this to my other business partners.

Really helps speeding up the return-process and a real time-saver both for us and the customer. Only drawback is that it's not fully integrated into the website, but you can customize most of it to get an integrated feeling.
Great considering how new this is.
Seems to work reasonably well.
Fre suggestions to the developer team:
- we need more branding options
- it would be great to be able to modify and localize everything
- it would be great if we could attach an return shipping label in to the email sent to customer, as we now have to send an separate email with the label. Creates confusion for the customers and means extra work.
Works well! Overall a good experience but can be updated a lil bit to make this best return app ;-)
So far so good! It can be confusing between this in another product they have sharing the same interface.
