The app provides all I need. Support team is really helpfull and reactive. For sure best app to handle returns.

Have to change my review from 5 stars to 2 stars. After trying to setup Paperless invoicing from UPS within Postmen, the staff seems lost and are all sending me the exact same copy pasted email with instructions. Yet it keeps generating an error and none of them can figure it out...
Still havent heard back.

Aftership has been an amazing app that has helped inspire customers into trusting our store. It helps their confidence by knowing that if something is wrong with an order, they can efficiently get their money back.

Great and quick customer service. Helps us keep track of returns and automates the process. We have been using it for a couple of months now and are very happy.

Horrible app!!!
They Added features after the initial install and billed for things we never signed up for. Sketchy and confusing interface after conversion from original app. Moving on to something else.
