AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

We recently used it with a return, and it has been ok. I´ve had some doubts about the process, and their customer service has always been fast and efficient.

I like how the AfterShip App manages returns, accessibility, support and also the store credit feature.

This is a fantastic app! So far we love it. It is a win-win for us and the customer. It saves time and frustration of going back and forth via email or on the phone. Plus, it is user-friendly and customers love that.

Looks like everything works and is a must have for a clothing store, very happy with the way it works.
