This will save me a lot of time and money. The ux for the customer is great and it makes it easy for my business to keep track of everything.

super useful and friendly support staff. i dont like that shopify makes me type 100+ characters to submit my review, however.

Great little app, luckily not used much by our customers! the support team is very responsive and quick at resolving issues!
Very solid application! Makes the entire process of handling returns and refunds for orders painless. Support is quick and helpful. Super pleased with my experience.
Love it. We used a custom domain (returns.yourdomain.com) and added a link to the return center in our footer. I love the way it looks and functions. Most especially love how easy it is to customize.
Liked it before the mandatory switch and sign up to something different. This version will no longer be available after April 30th.
They have hidden charges. It doesn't mention in the pricing but they require $5 for each user. So, if you have 3 workers handling the returns, you'll have to play $15 extra etc.. This not mentioned anywhere in the pricing, This is deceptive and frankly unethical. They could have made this clear in the pricing.
