Excellent app for keep and excellent customer service experience

I am new to this app and haven't received any return requests yet but so far so good. Everything seems very straight forward. I am looking forward to taking full advantage of what it has to offer. The customer service is really amazing as well. They response in a very timely manner. Ankush was a great help!

LOVE IT! I was able to set AfterShip within an hour and link it with Postmen for USPS shipping. It immediately helped me streamline my returns process / improved the customer experience. I could also easily customize the portal with my branding and images. Now I can write an SOP and hand this process over to my operations team to manage from here.

Just getting started with them and so far this app has been great! Moazzam has been able to answer any questions I have almost instantly.

This app is unbelievably easy to get up and running. The help team send quick links & the site's UI is great. No problems to get it working and customised. I'm excited to see how it all works. Integrated with the Postmen app and am sure it's going to delight my customers.

A very necessary app. The amount of money this saves by letting customers know the that order is out for delivery and delivered pays for it self. Because customers respond right away if the did not receive, Giving you and them a chance to locate it. The other money saving issue it it cuts down on the customer service request asking when is the order going to be delivered. I have used for years ...
