nice app worth trying, you won't regret it, and the customer service is very good. Excellent Job.
Not able to adjust a rejected order that was rejected by mistake. This needs to be fixed in the app.
Priyanka .......she was great...very patient and spoke clear english and was able to guide me throught the entire account set up process we had a bad email account and she fixed it
I have been using this app for a while now , and it works great , the technical team support i got was amazing to integrate and trouble shoot any issues, the developer was very patient and helpful and explained all the steps for us including insert custom coding . we recommend this app to be used for tracking and returns and other features.
I am still exploring the functions of the product, but I have to say that the customer service Ayushi is very good, she patiently helped me solve a lot of problems, even though we did not speak the same language, we also overcame a lot of difficulties together. Good reviews.
100 percent most of the 5 stars whose reviews are fake literary this is the most horrible app I have ever used because of these reasons 1- I requested a custom domain, and they charged me 120$ per year, and after two months, they changed the domain to a different store that is not owned.
2- I paid a subscription for one year, which was 185$; then, two times, they charged an amount 40$ for each transaction without any reason, and they uninstalled the app from my store. Rubbish service and big SPAAAAAM Update 7/Nov/2022
they ignored my emails, even the Shopify support email,s and they are not refunding the amount which they suppose to return back or giving any proof of refund. To everyone, please don't use this app its a horrible and cheating service.

Well designed and intuitive. Lots of work arounds to allow customization of the set up. Recommended.
