Happy with the app. Some aspects of it are not the most intuitive but customer service is very responsive so easy enough to get it worked out. Would recommend.

I attempted to set this up to replace Return Magic since they're shutting down. After four days of work and endless error messages later I gave up. The basic user experience (I'm talking log-ins that sent me on loops back to the app store) was a Kafkaesque nightmare. The support team was less equipped to solve the issue than I was. I'm a pretty technically savvy person and this would be impossible for someone who isn't.

I am rating this a 1 star pending a reply to my emails from the app developer. Have sent two emails over the past 6 days and not a single reply. The banner at the top of my app keeps begging for feedback, so here it is. When can someone assist me and reply to my emails?

A very necessary app. The amount of money this saves by letting customers know the that order is out for delivery and delivered pays for it self. Because customers respond right away if the did not receive, Giving you and them a chance to locate it. The other money saving issue it it cuts down on the customer service request asking when is the order going to be delivered. I have used for years now with out any problems, Customers always responds to my questions. We use this on http://www.skincarebysuzie.com

This app has some great features, but after two weeks and numerous support chats and even zoom meetings, the app is plagued with errors.
The support is great, but the constant pleading for a review on various platforms is annoying.
