AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

I think the AfterShip returns centre is a breakthrough for our store returns process. Finally a system that can take care of what was otherwise something that required a lot of our time and attention with talking the customer through the returns process and following up. We can now relax and have returns taken care of. I just wish that there was a way to integrate it with our Etsy store too! :)

The return app has been an amazing tool for our company. Previously, we had to manually do returns and send emails which was a time consuming process that made it harder on ourselves and customers alike. Now with the help of this app, everything is streamlined making us more efficient while providing better customer service!

After ship is extremely easy to set up and very user friendly. I did not receive any returns yet using the app so I can only comment on the setup. My merchandise is that good!

I've only just started using this app, but I can already tell that it's going to make my life much easier. I spend an inordinate amount of time processing returns, and I can't wait to make use of this service to cut that time down to zero. Sometimes support is not as helpful as I'd like, but Anmol was awesome! Very fast and incisive.

Such a great app to handle returns. No issues yet and a top-notch app thus far. Highly recommend it to any store owner. Support has been fantastic! They even helped with some recent issues with my custom returns page.

Aftership customer service is improving greatly. I had an issue today and needed assistance. Immediately, a video chat was set up and Neha walked me through my issue. LOVE THIS!
