AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

I was having an issue with the app and contacted support.

Aditya, the rep, got on it right away looking into the problem. He was relentless at getting to the bottom of this.
In a matter of an hour, he contacted me and gave me the good news!

I was happy to see the issue gone and the app working properly.

Absolutely love it! I am very happy with the app. It helps me organize my store's return process big time and I don't get questions from customers asking me how to return the product anymore, which saves me tons of time and energy.
