Fills the return gap in the basic shopify system. It's a great app, and support is incredibly helpful.

OMG! Deep and Rahul were amazing! I could not get my labels to generate and translate my vendor’s return address. Both were very patient with me. They literally walked me step by step through everything. It took awhile, as I had multiple windows open. They guided me through it all with ease. I am so excited and thankful to have their support with Aftership. This is my returns app from now on! Bravo guys!

Live chat experience is great and app is easy to use. Love that they provide screenshots of how to proceed.

We have been using this app for years. I believe it's the best one in the Shopify apps store. And the team is making this app better. The only suggestion is to inform merchants of your new updates and provide the option to set up and switch to the new version, instead of publishing the updates directly to the store.

So far so god think the app really makes customers trust the brand when purchasing super easy for us to use plus super helpful customer service
