AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

Really love this app. I also love that the support section is EXTREMELY FAST with responses and resolving issues.

I wanted to provide all the facilities to my customers and Returns is an issue whose solution is nowhere on Shopify. But then came Aftership Returns acting as life-saver. Really it has made everything so easy. I have a separate Returns Page where customers can easily request for return, and all this in no extra cost. Thank You so much for this amazing App. If you want to give your customers a high-level user experience then Aftership Returns and Tracking Order Apps are a must on your Shopify Store.

I did some quick test (but not submitting the return) and the app seems to work well. Still to be 100% sure when we get one - Ohh God forbids!

My only qualm at this stage is the logo size restriction. It would be good if you can allow for a larger logo size.

It would be good to insert the store home page link into the store logo, so when customer click the logo, it takes them back to home page. The "Go to store" menu is kind of blend in with other text, a bit hard to see.

I am using this app to assist with return optimization! Great/quick assistance to remove branding from the portal/emails - super appreciate the quick help!

The customer support is exceptional. Highly recommend. Takes the hassle out of returns and exchanges.
