The concept is good but it was preventing the Add to Cart button from being shown on my website.
Unfortunately, customer service was not helpful. I had to work around it by installing it on an older theme. She asked me to just reinstall it. Um no I'm not going to reinstall something that prevents people from shopping.
I would prefer however if it just worked on the current theme.
On a basic level its a great app - it makes a streamlined process for customers to process a return on their own.
However there are some missing key features that are lacking:
1. You cannot make custom emails. The ones they've written do not look professional and at times had poor grammar.
2. Not possible to process an exchange (maybe your customer got the wrong size, a faulty product, etc.)
3. You cannot create a set of custom parameters based on circumstances. For example you cannot specify how returns are handled for international purchases, purchases of items on sale, etc.
4. The it takes you to an outside page rather than allowing it to be done within your page.
Some main updates would make it a great app, as the integration was quite easy and straight forward to use.

The application works correctly. Easy to operate and take the information to CSV. 100% recommended
I cannot translate the fields myself. :( My language isn't in the selections on the languages menu .
I'm still trying to get this app to work with my store. Sent a request for help and am not sure what I'm missing. Happy to give a better review once it works.
The app is only a one way integration and isn't designed to automate the entire exchanges process. It doesn't adjust Inventory or generate a new order in Shopify to send the replacement product if a customer chooses to exchange. It doesn't save me any time as I still have to process the return manually in my back end (Generate a return and new Order in my system). I did email customer support and they were very quick to get back to me.
I do not like that Postmen can not be integrated with Stamp.com I have not used the app fully to give it a solid review. I am just starting out.

So far so good. I think the app is important to provibe faster customer service. What i dont like it that starting from may a so called 'membership' needs to get paid 10 dollar a month per member.
I have only just started using this app, not sure what i think yet. But seems pretty good. Need a bit more time on it
Seems fine so far, apart from a few bugs (and outside of basically forcing you to review the product if you want to access all features).
