Had a question about the returns policy workflows and if it could be arranged. Purima sorted and resolved it within 10 minutes.

I really like how easy everything feels now that the returns are centralized. It takes the guesswork out of the whole process and saves a lot of time. Only at the early stages of using this app, but it seem very powerful and versatile, but with a very friendly user experience. Other apps I had tried were very difficult to manage in comparison.

The app appears to cater to a wide range of needs, from simple exchanges through to more complex returns. If you're exploring an easier returns option for your brand, it's worth giving this a go with the trial to make sure it's right for you.

The customer service has also been great, with a few issues holding up our setup, that were quickly resolved by the team.
