We have been using Aftership for years howvere, features needed for reports that used to be offered have been put behind upgraded paywalls. Additionally, the app will sometimes not load at all and will need to be restarted multiple times.
Customer service does respond fairly quickly.

Had a question about the returns policy workflows and if it could be arranged. Purima sorted and resolved it within 10 minutes.
The app works perfectly, and I have not had any issues with it in 3 years.

We LOVE AfterShip! Dhanush was fantastic to work with. He helped us quickly resolve some issues between AfterShip Returns and Shopify, and the turnaround was much faster than I expected. Great and quick service. Purnima was quick in responding and helped with a quick call which makes it easier.
The Rep. was friendly and helpful. Fixed the issue fast and was able to explain to me the problem.
Only at the early stages of using this app, but it seem very powerful and versatile, but with a very friendly user experience. Other apps I had tried were very difficult to manage in comparison.
The app appears to cater to a wide range of needs, from simple exchanges through to more complex returns. If you're exploring an easier returns option for your brand, it's worth giving this a go with the trial to make sure it's right for you.
The customer service has also been great, with a few issues holding up our setup, that were quickly resolved by the team.
