great app - provides everything you need for smooth tracking of your returns with variety of statuses

This app has helped us automate our return process and allow customers to easily submit return requests. Customer service is great. Wish there was more styles to customize the look of the interface. Creating a style that looks like our store would be the only reason I would consider a different app.
