This app has been a life saver. It is not the most intuitive to set up and can be a bit wonky at first but once you get the hang of it, it works great .

Store owners want to make creating a store as easy as possible and any automation tools are welcome. You also need to look professional and you also need to minimise the amount of effort it takes to run a store. Returns Center accomplishes all of those requirements. It's very easy to set up and, unbelievably, it's free. It complements their other app, Aftership, very well. Afterships's support is excellent, contacted them twice, both replies within 24 hours and both times problems solved.
The App is very easy to use, it has all the things you need. And the support team response time is amazing!
I've had aftership installed for about a month, now. I have to say, it's a clean design and merged very well with my theme. It simplified the process and really cleans up the "returns policy" section of my store. Beautiful work. Extremely simply, yet, one of most favorite apps due to that fact. Highly recommended.
I second the feature request to customize email, so I can link to RETURNS@my_domain.___
works well to organize our exchanges but there should be a function to issue a store credit within the shopify system since they do not offer this.

This app is fantastic to have more control over returns from our customers - would be great if the app could have the returns period from the date the order was shipped (rather than the order date) as we have preorder items available on our site. It would also be great if you could group domestic and international customers - as we have different returns period for each group.

We have not received any actual returns yet, but wanted to write a review about the app in general for now (will update after we experience a return). Really like how we can customize, it looks great! And the support is awesome if you need any assistance!
