AfterShip Returns & Exchanges

So far so good from aftership, just starting to use it. Integration was easy

When it's working it works, but unfortunately, I have had several issues. Fortunately, there is always someone available to chat and assist you if you need help. They are very quick to respond and have graciously helped me resolve some major issues I was having with the Postmen account. Hard to set up! Have to download several apps to get it all working together and instructions are vague.

Nice app, easy to use, would be better if we could customize the design of returns page a bit more to our preferences.

I love the customer service and that they offer a free plan! It helps to assure me as a small and upcoming business that I can grant my customers an easy way to return their orders.

Easy set up. Hopeful that I will not have to use it very often but as we all know that returns happen :)
