The app seems to be good. I've just tried couple of test orders and still waiting to see how it works when live.
I've had previously an issue setting up the app and paying for SSL but after a discussion with support it has been sorted.
The supper helped me to set custom domain and everything so now I hope it makes our exchange and return process faster and smooth for us and our customers.

For the SSL charge not being visible, We have shared the feedback with our developers, Also, please note that Cloudflare charges us for SSL, and for that reason, we have a charge to enable the SSL on the return page.

Excellent app for keep and excellent customer service experience
Nice app but how cant i translate it all in french?
Customers are not able to access returns centre, I suspect due to no SSL cert. Zero help from support so far, just encouraged us to request a feature in the community.
I loved very good application very interesting functions with this application I will learn more every day I recommend many users to download the application.
I am new to this app and haven't received any return requests yet but so far so good. Everything seems very straight forward. I am looking forward to taking full advantage of what it has to offer. The customer service is really amazing as well. They response in a very timely manner. Ankush was a great help!
LOVE IT! I was able to set AfterShip within an hour and link it with Postmen for USPS shipping. It immediately helped me streamline my returns process / improved the customer experience. I could also easily customize the portal with my branding and images. Now I can write an SOP and hand this process over to my operations team to manage from here.
App is fairly easy to setup. It was a little quirky when adding photos or if you choose to use different photos for your portal. But its not a show stopper
I wouldn't get the application, because once you set it up the return page is shown as "not secure" for all your customers. So Customers are going to be afraid to use this page and will have doubts about your shop. If you contact the support regarding this issue, they want 120$ just for fixing this problem. So up to you if you want to invest in this.
We apologize for the inconvenience. An SSL is needed to be activated on the domain to remove the Not Secure tag on the website which is the standard service across domains.
It works in a similar way like your store domain where your domain provider activates the SSL certificate. SSL service is chargeable and hence does not comes bundled within the plan.

Well, still testing the app. one thing i didn't like about the app, I was forced to write a review in order to utilize some of the app features.
I cannot see the "Analytics" Page if I don't post a review :/
