Neha and Ayushi were both very helpful in assisting me with a shipping question I had. They both were very patient and understanding while trying to explain to me. Much appreciated!
So far so good, only thing that there are no different themes available rather than only one where it is very difficult to add company's logo as per dimensions requests. Customer service is perfect!

This app has been a life saver. It is not the most intuitive to set up and can be a bit wonky at first but once you get the hang of it, it works great .

works well to organize our exchanges but there should be a function to issue a store credit within the shopify system since they do not offer this.
