A great way to automate our customer return process. Reassuring, clear, and simple for the customer. Easy for us to manage once set-up, and visibility of Return Status of any order is at your fingertips.

Set-up can be a bit fiddly, but the C/S Team are on hand to help and quickly get you up and running.

Works great. Nice and streamlined. Easy to approve or reject returns. Only change I would recommend is to be able to open the order page on a separate tab when clicking the order number from the Aftership returns center.

I used the customer service feature for help setting up my domain info and removing the "Powered by Aftership" verbiage. Their team was very helpful and responsive. They made it easy and straightforward. Thank you so much!

This app is great, it provides every bit of functionality we could have asked for. The pro version is a bit more expensive then we wanted to pay but the value is there. Support is great as well, Sanjeet helped me set everything up to my liking and was very responsive.
