AfterShip is excellent, can't recommend it highly enough. Worth the money ten times over!
The return workflow is professional . Easy to intall and setup this app.
AfterShip was exactly what we were looking for. Returns are the most difficult part of an e-commerce business. We were happy to find the right platform to simplify this process, save us time and money.
A must have for an ecommerce store , love the app and everything else about Aftership .

Very convenient. Makes the whole process of returns much more streamlined and efficient. Also great from a data collection perspective.
Good customer service. They respond immediately. The interface is also pretty simple to use and friendly.
I used this app to help me organize and keep track of my returns. It does great for offering prepaid labels but I wish it would allow me to change a status, like when a customer has already asked for a refund to original payment but would like to change it to a store credit.
Many customers have reported that return notifications don't work, plus limited customizations, limited accounts, and the worst customer service and support ever.
