Powerful customer portal
Bold Returns offer an easy-to-integrate customer portal that your shoppers can use to do order lookups and submit any return requests they may have. Through the portal, customers can: * See the status of submitted/past return requests * Add written notes/messages and upload photos * Automatically print return shipping labels from UPS (if configured)
Custom return rules
Set rules for each of your products that determine the length of time for which they can be returned. For example, your swimwear products might not be returnable at all, but you also sell t-shirts that can be returned within 30 days of purchase. It's super easy to set up a rule that will automatically prevent returns for any of your products. The app also keeps track of when each purchase was made, and will notify customers about which products can be returned dependent on how their rules are set.
Sometimes, to satisfy a customer's complaint, your store might choose to create a return outside of your normal return policy (maybe they call in 45 days after their order, when you only have a 30 day return policy). The app will allow you to manually override any of your return rules so that you can create a return request in the system. The customer can access this request just like any other.

I have had this app for a couple of years and worked great even though I would like the process of returning more seamless but still was great, then my return label stopped working so customers cannot print a shipping label, I have emailed twice about this and no responses, so I am guessing BOLD does not want my business which is okay. Looking for a new app as I need things done before fall and the busy season.
AWFUL experience!! Customer chat is ridiculously slow and customer service agents are rude! The portal does not work on my store. Have now been waiting over 24 hours to get the app working on my site with no resolution/support for the issue. Honestly, don't bother wasting your time.

This app hasnt . been working properly for what seems like 2 months at least, you'd think they would fix the main thing that makes their app worthwhile - customers being able to return items.
