David and his team have been incredibly helpful and supportive every step of the way. While we ultimately chose a different solution due to how our store credits works (a limitation with Shopify and the same issue with other return apps, so not a ReturnZap problem). Their customer service was outstanding. They were always accommodating, quick to address any issues, and eager to assist. We just moved over to Returnzap Returns & Exchanges from Aftership Returns. Aftership cost was getting silly and plans and features were not suitable for a small to medium sized store.

We were looking to implement an Exchange program (instead of just returns), including exchange for other variants across store. Returnzap has all the functionality and at a far more reasonable cost.

Of equal importance David provided service and help configuring that was above and beyond. A pleasure to work with.

Great experience so far, we have quite a tricky return process but the support team were beyond helpful to make the return flow for our customers a much better experience.

The product is probably the best for return integration with Shopify, and luckily David (co-founder) was kind enough to work with us to satisfy our needs with this application.
