Highly recommend. This return app is very easy to use and has eliminated points where human error can occur. They have been very helpful with the set up when we needed help and making sure we understand what is going on and why. We are an online clothing store on Shopify, have tried three different return apps and hands down this one is the best. Again, we highly recommend.

We've been on an almost year long journey with ReturnZap. The onboarding process was great and handled by the CEO, David. We went live only after everything was configured as we wanted. The out-of-the-box functionality meets most, if not all, of our needs. And for processes that couldn't at the time, have already been addressed through feature updates (which are frequent) or backend configuration by the ReturnZap team.
