Reveal is amazing! We've been looking for a decent solution to help us with Customer Retention and came across Reveal. It provides a data driven and easy to setup way to do retention. The product is outstanding and the team is top notch!
This app is really exciting! The ability to segment your customers based on lifetime purchasing history and behavior is really useful. Additionally you not only have top level segments (ex. brand lover or Ex-lover) but you also have sub-segments that you can change and prioritize. This apps data is helping us segment and target via Klaviyo emails to re-engage purchases. Try it out!
Oh my gosh - Reveal is our first official introduction to understanding customer segmentation in regards to customer retention. And they were SO helpful during the product call to understand their very detailed dashboard. Reveal offers so many different reports and charts to break down customer value and customer behavior. As we start to build our remarketing strategy Reveal's tools will be so useful for making sure we're sending the right messages to the right customers.
We just installed the app and did our first demo. Very helpful information so far. I will be sure to update my review in a month or so after using the product.

Loved this App, the kind of insights that you can derive through RFM, Cohort Analysis are amazing. We used to do it on an excel sheet and used to take us easily a day every month to do a similar analysis. Must install if you want to really see customer stickiness, analyse your customer behaviour and LTV.
Reveal is a brilliant tool. Extremely insightful and offering more depth that some of the outbox segmenting other apps or the likes of email providers show you.

We use this app with Shopify and Klaviyo to get a better understanding of our customer and various customer groups. The app integrated very nice with Shopify and Klaviyo. The onboarding is also top notch! Highly recommended.

All the data included is really useful to understand your segments and take action. The RFM analysis is clear and easy to understand, on top of that the integration works perfectly and fast.
