We needed little assistance to setup our multiple establishments for our Revel POS and were able to launch the next day. The integration with Zapiet and order routing is awesome. Very excellent software, I give you lots of Kudos Kosmos eSync!

Wow, great software and works perfectly with my Revel POS, Zapiet plug-in for multiple locations and Zapiet order routing. I’ve been looking years for this type of software and now customers can order items that I actually have in stock without overselling and the order is also sent to the exact location needed for processing without the need for in-store transfers. Kosmos support is very responsive, I’d give it 6 starts if I could. This software is saving us 100’s of 1000’s of dollars annually and we couldn’t be happier!

Getting setup with Revel was quite easy. Very good software and we’re waiting for the next release for Loyalty and Revel systems. Everything works great and support responds right away.

I’ve mistakenly tried another competitor and could have saved myself a month of headaches if I would have just tried Kosmos first. I would highly recommend trying eSync before another competitor. I was able to connect my Revel POS and Shopify in less than an hour and was able to create a new product in Shopify right away. The other software I spent a month with no success and the support was terrible, so never again. The support at Kosmos is exceptional and they are always able to assist and guide you to success and you can reach them by phone. I’m waiting on one feature that’s already been announced for next release and I’m very happy with the communication too.

Great training session from Alex and support is awesome! In about 2 days everything was syncing and once I paid for a plan turned the schedules on and everything between creating products, inventory and orders from Revel and Shopify is automated now!

I was able to launch my Shopify store in less than a week with all of my Revel POS products and images. I started syncing my inventory the same day I signed up, so thank you for such a neat product.

If you’re researching a POS Revel is it where Revel saves Loyalty points in the POS. Kosmo is about to launch a loyalty integration with Smile.io and we’ll be able to use them in our brick and mortar along with Shopify. Syncing our products is EASY with Kosmos along with two way inventory sync and orders for in-store pickup. Talk to Alex a Kosmos owner, I could have wasted 1000’s of dollars and years with the wrong software, and Alex solved everything in a quick conversation. I'm now set-up for success! Exactly where our company needs to focus on. Kosmos is very forward thinking and I recommend them 1000%.
