REVIEWS.io Product Reviews App

I'm going through some integration issues which I believe are mostly due to my own bad data from import. The support have been great and are working me through everything step by step. The app performs really well so far and looking forward to using more features once I'm fully set up

Compared to other more pricy (a lot more pricy!) reviews.IO is fantastic.
Easy to integrate and use.
I needed a little support with a URL issue and Luke was quick and efficient in solving the problem, with no issues.

We migrated from Judge.me to Reviews.io because we needed access to Seller Ratings and other advanced features that weren’t available with our previous app. Don’t get us wrong, Judge.me is a great platform, and we used it successfully for five years (yes, five!) without a single issue. However, as our company grew, we felt our review system needed to grow with us.

We chose Reviews.io because they are a Google verified partner and because their feature set aligned perfectly with what we were looking for. After installing the app, we did encounter a few challenges, but their support team was exceptional. They stayed with us every step of the way and didn’t stop until everything was fully resolved.

A special shout-out to Trilok, who spent many hours chatting with me and helping troubleshoot every issue. At no point did I feel like giving up; everyone was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely committed to finding solutions, which gave me full confidence that everything would work out in the end.

For those who are curious, our issues included duplicated reviews during file transfers and over 3,000 products not syncing properly. That said, the team handled everything professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner.

We have nothing but great things to say about Reviews.io and highly recommend it to any store ready to take their reviews to the next level. Thank you! :)

Trilok was extremely helpful! The staff at review.io are always super helpful and quick to figure out a solution to any issue that might come up, but thankfully not many issues arise!
