I have used other review apps with other sites I run but Reviews.io is by far the best one I have used so far. The easy integration with Shopify, simple setup of review rewards were all a great help and their Influencer and SMS capabilities aren't things I have seen anywhere else.

Shivangi, Amador and Kai are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
They answered all my questions and did the technical setup on top of that.
I don't think there can be a better service. Thank you also to the other staff involved in the correspondence. Reviews app and service works very well, and I now have a system of Shopify-Reviews-Klaviyo that meshes neatly.

Great reviews app and amazing support. I can highly recommend to use reviews.io. They are truly developing their app based on the customer needs, which is truly amazing. Especially the Country Manager for Germany is highly supporting and is doing an amazing job. Finally also a reviews app, with which the Google Product Rich Snippets worked instantly.

Only been a customer for a few weeks, but really impressed with the ease of use (set up, review booster, widget integration). Technical help is great when I do have a question. Every issue I have experienced so far has been promptly resolved by via chat by a capable and friendly team. *UPDATE = 2 years in and still loving the product.
