We loved Reviews.io and have used them for years. No longer.. I'll be removing this app from all of our websites (12). They refuse to import the 670 VERIFIED reviews I had from an old website(s). However, they were perfectly fine adding and publishing Russian spam reviews. How their "trust standards" missed that I don't know.
great app, seamless integration and great support

Great service when I have issues. Google seller ratings go through which is very important. Extremely responsive to customer feedback. Very competitive pricing. Overall a great experience. We've been with them from the beginning of our e-comm journey and as we've grown we've moved up in the subscription levels and they've been helpful at every level. Highly recommended.

Very happy with Reviews.io. It integrates well with Shopify and their customer service is excellent.

Excellent support! No matter what time of day I contact Reviews.io support for assistance, I get an almost instant response. I've dealt with four members of the support team over the past week and each of them is knowledgeable, friendly and polite.
We are still very new, but customer support via chat has been excellent (kudos to Madox, Tina and Nancy) . Customer support via email never replied to any of our concerns, not even once.
