Very happy with the app. The support is always available and helps fixing little issues or installing a new feature.

To cut a long story short, we had a very convoluted onboarding process (entirely our fault). Reviews.io have been so accommodating and helpful, and patient, extending some of our services as a goodwill gesture to help us get caught up.
The whole team is very professional, and the technical support from Kai has been excellent.
Very excited to start getting some new reviews and building our social proof - will write an update once we properly get off the ground

Would highly recommend installing the REVIEWS.IO app for collecting your reviews. It integrates seamlessly with my Shopify website and the dashboard is very easy to use. The customer service provided is helpful, fast and responsive.
