I use Reviews.io on two different websites. Excellent customer support, which quickly and reliably takes care of questions of any kind and always finds a solution even for unusual problems.

I've been using this app for 2 months now on the free plan. It was okay to install everything following the instructions on the dashboard. The Customer Service is superb! I've spoken to them twice, and my issue was solved straight away! Highly recommend!

This app is the best Review app I have seen so far. It allows customers to review your products very detailed. I especially like the attributes you can create. With the sliding rating you can create a lot of social proof and also see what you have to improve and what is already great. In addition, the App has a great customer support.
