Amazing support! I was struggling to get the app running. I contacted the support and got help immediately. It turned out that the Shopify shop wasn't connected correctly. After a reinstallation of the app in Shopify and some sync time, it now works perfectly.
Excellent support by the team at Reviews.i.o, particularly Kai. He couldn't have been more helpful when we required some assistance with setting up the 'Review widgets'. We already use this app on another of our websites so it was no surprise to get such excellent support as usual!
We were with Feefo, and not very happy as it's super pricy and hard to connect with Shopify. After some research we switched over to reviews.io and couldn't be happier with the onboarding process we had. Used reviews.io in a few other capacities as well, and know they're worth the money. Excellent app! The support is competent and fast. This is how work is fun. Can only recommend this app. We are a very small shop and are happy about the free plan. I hope to switch to a paid plan when there are significantly more sales in the future.
