Customer service from reviews has always been very quick and helpful which is great when you're trying to understand/use new features. Trilok and Jake especially have been wonderful!

The worst reviews app. Their flows do not work, so you will be missing months of potential reviews, and they are not accountable for their mistakes. On top of that they dont give you back the reviews collected when you switch platforms, basically they steal your private information, even the ones you imported when you started using the app. Its a FRAUD
