We are happy with the service provided by Reviews.io since we onboarded about 3 years ago. Their customer service is always fast to help regarding issues and the Integration into Shopify and other tools work as expected. Can definitely recommend the tool.

I’ve had a fantastic experience using Reviews.io on my Shopify store. What really sets this app apart is the top-notch customer support. I encountered an issue, and the support team responded immediately. They not only fixed the problem within a single day but were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such a dedicated and responsive team! Highly recommended if you’re looking for a reliable reviews solution with outstanding service.

I am very disappointed. The company is advertising three plans here in the App Store, which seems competitive with other apps. But the truth is that the highest plan in Shopify is just a bait-and-switch offer. In reality, it is one of the lowest plans the company has. If you are a company that has between 300 and 500 orders, you have to switch to a higher plan, which is not available in Shopify.
The switch is also highly problematic and unprofessional. You then have to switch to credit card payment. However, the Shopify subscription is not stopped, but simply continues to be charged. I have been trying to get a refund for more than a week now. They keep putting me off and saying they can't access the Shopify plans. That's not professional...

Helpful and prompt support. Only gripe is that it's a bit painful to swap between review pages when operating multiple stores.

Setting up was a bit tedious at first, but everything is working super well now. Chat and email support is very helpful and responsive.

I have used review.io before on a different account and it was super easy to use. This time, I was setting it up from scratch on the start-up plan and the support team were incredibly helpful. So far so good this time round, would definitely recommend.
