Great reviews app and amazing support. I can highly recommend to use reviews.io. They are truly developing their app based on the customer needs, which is truly amazing. Especially the Country Manager for Germany is highly supporting and is doing an amazing job. Finally also a reviews app, with which the Google Product Rich Snippets worked instantly.

We are very happy with the app and the support team. Huge thanks to Adam and the team for fixing our issues quickly.

Every issue I have experienced so far has been promptly resolved by via chat by a capable and friendly team. *UPDATE = 2 years in and still loving the product.
