Features are great, and your users can leave reviews without creating accounts on some third-party system. Support has been great, and the free trial lets you test most of the features. Not the cheapest, but worth it for the value.
We installed the app a week ago and it is amazing so far ! The support is just great and the app really easy to use. Highly recommend it.
Hands down the best review company! We'd been having a few issues with integration due to being on an older and custom Shopify theme but the customer service has been amazing! :) Super helpful and quick.
The discussions around the application with the engineers and also onboarding has been amazing, polite and professional. The review booster is a great way to start getting those reviews and *'s !

Switching from TrustPilot. The support has been very responsive and knowledgeable. So far, pleased with the product.
Set this up, assumed it was all working, one of the team reached out and said it is cheaper to go direct with them and cut out Shopify so I said fine, switch me over. A few months go by and I wonder why I have 0 reviews, go to login, no access in account, no active plan running. No reviews requested or collected this whole time. Speak to support to unlock account, pay for an annual plan, ask for help backdating review requests that I missed. But.. you need a more expensive plan. So I have missed out on reviews for months without my knowledge. Do not recommend.

Expensive and they make it extra hard for you to cancel a membership, squeezing the money out of you as long as possible. There are apps with the same features which cost a fraction.
If you want to cancel your subscription, you need to talk to a customer service who wont reply for hours. Then you have to confirm the cancellation via email, which doesnt arrive for hours. And if you are not planning to use the app for the remaining time, there is no partial refund for unused time.
We spoke to the customer success team. No concessions at all. Very unhappy with the process and people.
Again, there are apps with the same features, better support and lower prices.

So far it has been a week since we have moved from JudgeMe to reviews.io and I say there is no turning back. Incredible customer services with quick responses, a ton of features not found elsewhere on the Shopify platform. We're using things from creating your own custom surveys, Klaviyo integration, company & product reviews, google review stars (which is fantastic!). Also there's full library of widgets that can be easily inserted throughout your theme, and for anyone on Shopify 2.0, you'll understand. Big shoutout to the whole team, we're looking forward on working with you folks, keep up the good work!
