We are still very new, but customer support via chat has been excellent (kudos to Madox, Tina and Nancy) . Customer support via email never replied to any of our concerns, not even once.
We chose this app for our company reviews. We were surprised how many other modules the app offers.

We loved Reviews.io and have used them for years. No longer.. I'll be removing this app from all of our websites (12). They refuse to import the 670 VERIFIED reviews I had from an old website(s). However, they were perfectly fine adding and publishing Russian spam reviews. How their "trust standards" missed that I don't know.
I didn't know where to start adding the widgets. Daniel helped every step of the way.
