We use Review.io to integrate verified Reviews in our onlineshop and to show the feedback at our landing page . The set up took a while, because we had various customizations to do. During the whole time, the reviews.io did an incredibly good job und were always there to help. No matter how complicated the question or problem was, reviews.io managed it to solve it quickly and help us. They are very friendly, supportive, and always think one step ahead what makes it easy for us to adapt new settings. We are very happy to use reviews.io and we can absolutely recommend it!

Support is fantastic. Always quick to help and go above and beyond with any issue. Needed a widget coded into the header and they were happy to do it and even added a different version that better suited mobile users.

The team is solid at Reviews.io and we are pleased with the functionality and flexibility of the site and the results we get from use. The variety of widgets and display options is better than most any other app of it's kind.
It is very deep, so be prepared to spend an adequate amount of time setting it up. Support is very quick and very knowledgeable.

Something did not work, they helped within 24 hours, and after that I had another issue we did a live meeting with support and 20min later everything worked as planned
