Pretty good interface, company genuinely seems set up to help a small business like ours. Per the usual, the on-boarding and customer support is mediocre. With better customer support, this tool would be a lot more powerful, which is to say: to make the most of the tool, anticipate figuring out a lot of this on your own regardless of how the app is sold. It must be said, we've been in the middle of a pandemic, so our experience has very likely been impacted by that and perhaps during "normal" times the service is excellent, which would make this a five-star product. Though risking an unfair assessment given the context, I'll still say: It's great they're a google partner, but when I asked for help verifying if we were collecting reviews correctly, whether or not we had the right data in our product catalogue for the Google shopping reviews, and exactly WHERE to input the code snippets in our Shopify site, I was simply sent generic, relatively useless how-to articles that I had already found on my own. A support ticket was placed for help inserting the snippet into the shopify site so we would get the stars showing under the product title on product pages, and a week later after following up three times on the Reviews.io support channel, I was told there weren't any product reviews (there were 200+, they simply hadn't looked in a week since we started gathering them) and then sent a link to the code snippet. Pretty useless. So I created a duplicate store and guessed around with where to embed the code snippet, even though I have no experience with code. Was able to figure it out, though mostly thanks to Shopify's simple interface. I have a handful of other changes and optimizations I'd like to make but I'm growing disheartened that we'll get there without a third-party vendor––an expense we can't currently afford. What's more, it will simply be a waiting game of trial-and-error to see if we have our catalogue and reviews collection set up properly to get the stars in our ads. All that said, the platform itself is solid and we've collected over 400 reviews in the past week and it seems like we're at least well on our way to getting the GSR. I can tell there is a lot we can do with this tool but the company doesn't seem to have the support at the moment to help customers with minimal dev experience really thrive.

Smooth sales up front with all the right speak and shiny objects with promise of integrating the 4 apps involved in the upsell. The reality? Ridiculous onboarding experience and promised walk through phone call scheduled at one month interval for each app. Ridiculous.
Support is awesome but in the end, there were just too many bugs when importing our reviews from the previous app so we did not keep it. There is too much Review.io branding in widgets, and you don't get access to all features with the highest plan advertised on the app store.
Very helpful when setting up my account. So far, so good! They have each of the attributes we are looking for.
Using this app to give our customers and easy and effective way to write reviews. I am not tech savvy at all and was procrastinating getting something like this set up, but the support team (we worked with Cam!) replied IMMEDIATELY and was extremely extremely helpful. If you are looking for a fuss-free solution for reviews on your site, I highly recco them. Thanks again, Cam!
Stay well clear! I downloaded this app as I wanted to show all product reviews on every product page. I contacted customer services via email with the correct csv required to upload my previous reviews. They informed me they needed more information and if I wishes to upload more reviews it would be $99. This service is actually free with many other apps. They also sent me an email 20 minutes later, before enabling me to reply, saying they were wrapping up the conversation! Why?!? Give at least 24 hours for an email response, it’s not like I was wasting time on a live chat. I then deleted the app and I was called several times about why I had done so. I explained I did not want to discuss it further and blocked the number. They then persistently continued to call me from other numbers and left voice mail messages asking about my business goals. Absolutely appalling after I stated I no longer wanted to work with them. I have now used Fera.ai with no charges, easy to install (so haven’t needed to contact customer service) and app appeared exactly where and how I wished without editing any code.

very poor customer support when asking for a simple question, wont help without an upgrade, well Im no table to install it so definitely wont upgrade nothing!

I just downloaded this app, on shopify store its says no hidden fees and only $29 a month, once I downloaded the app , it showing me this plans for euro45 or euro85 ? whats going on here ?

Die Beantworten keine Fragen schriftlich. Sondern versuchen Dich in einen Call zu ziehen.
Der "kostenlose" Test lässt Dich nicht alle Features testen. Im Endeffekt sollst Du ein Abo abschließen, bevor Du Geld mit deren App verdient hast.
Support drück sich unklar aus. Will dass Du buchst aber drücken es nicht so aus.
Für Leute mit Geld die darauf reinfallen, bzw denen es irgendwann zu blöd ist.
Wie sich am Ende alles integrieren lässt, habe ich immer noch nicht erfahren. Ist auch auf der Seite / App nicht zu erkennen und total unübersichtlich.
Andere Apps sind da viel viel besser.
Für riesen Firmen vielleicht egal viel Geld auszugeben, bis es dann läuft.
Ich will gleich wissen, worauf ich mich einlasse.
