I was really surprised to read this. I reached out multiple times via email, chat, and even WhatsApp but never got a single reply, so I’m still not sure what the actual issue is.
What I do know is that the app generated you over $15,000 in extra revenue, sales you wouldn’t have made otherwise.
Despite the comment, I’d genuinely love to get you back and make sure you’re fully satisfied with the experience.
