I have used more than 10 other listing tools in my ecommerce career and the user interface and setup has been wonderful. I have contacted support twice so far and both times they far exceeded my expectation. I had one small setting off that was preventing my Walmart listings from synching and Harvey helped me very quickly. They seem to staff their live chat 24 hours a day and it isn't an AI bot!
