The app is great... but awful support... they never both to reply to customer queries... and when they do, they just fob you off with some poor response

very bad, I have been paying for 3 or 4 months and nothing is happening, no review from amazon to my shop, I am very disappointed about it.
You should ask to support for help before giving one star review.
Have removed app. Did not do what we needed.
Asked for help uninstalling code that we did not realise would get added to our theme as a result of installing. Silence. Despite claiming they will help if you aren't sure what you are doing with this. No care whether the app has slowed down performance. I hate writing bad reviews but the person who initially replied, Vishal, has ignored all subsequent chaser messages.
Also asked for refund as we had not used the app at all while I was waiting for their replies. Silence on this too.
Very, very poor customer service. Would think twice before installing as you may be left like this
The app is not working as expected and the programmer doesn't respond anymore. We will have to look for something else and request a refund.
I uninstalled this app and it is still showing features on my website's product page. Can someone please help solve this issue?
