great app, easy instal and great customer service. I wanted to change a couple of things and got super fast help with everything. I like that it is customizable so I can apply it to specific products, collections or all product in the store. Pus customize the color and design so it fits my store look.

REZ Preorder has been an amazing shopify app. We are a small brand and it has helped us with "notify me when available" and "preorder" campaigns and works well. Highly recommend this app. We have had no issues.

Used to be free, then they got greedy. All currently free users will now have to pay if they exceed the new usage thresholds instead of being grandfathered in. The app works, but if you're looking for cost-effective options, look elsewhere. I do not trust an app that randomly converts to paid subscriptions not to keep raising prices on people.

Update: Review was two stars originally, original text is maintained above. They reached out via my shop's contact form to explain again that my usage remained in their free tier and to offer to raise my email limit for life anyway, with no request to reconsider my review. The email was polite and personal, and I replied politely to accept the offer and stated that I was willing to change my review. I received no response, and have since been contacted multiple additional times via my shop's contact form, my direct email address, AND my instagram page, this time directly asking me to change my review. A couple of these were the exact same copy and pasted text, possibly AI generated but I can't say for sure.

Needless to say, this whole thing was very weird and I am uninstalling this app. I understand trying once to contact someone who left a bad review, but multiple times and avenues crosses a professional line and I am not interested in doing further business with this company if they feel that is an appropriate way to treat customers.

My original review stands: the thousands of five star reviews this app has are from when it was completely free, which it no longer is, so keep that in mind when evaluating options. Nowadays, there are many comparable options that probably won't harass you across multiple channels if you're unhappy with the service they provide.

Great pre-order app so far. I switched because it’s very affordable, and after about a month of use it’s been reliable and easy to manage. I mainly needed a simple way to enable pre-orders, display shipping/ship-later messaging for customers, and tag orders as ‘pre-order’ for fulfillment—and this app does exactly that. The only thing I wanted to adjust was the branding, and I’m glad they offer the option to remove it. Solid app, especially if you want the basics done well. Need a few more features but im sure they are working on them

This app helps build Notify Me button as required and is customizable as per our needs.

This app also has Pre-Order button facility but i have used it yet.

Would recommend to other sellers too.

Great tool. Setting it up took me less than 10 minutes, and the interface is incredibly intuitive and clean. A huge plus is that all features are completely free. Having tested many other complicated and paid apps, this one stands out in every way. I especially appreciate the support from real people on the chat, rather than automated bots. Highly recommended – don’t waste your time looking for other solutions !!

Besonders positiv hervorheben möchte ich den Support: schnell, freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Bei Fragen wurde mir direkt weitergeholfen, ohne lange Wartezeiten oder komplizierte Abläufe.
Für uns ist die App eine echte Hilfe im Shop-Alltag, gerade bei Vorbestellungen und Benachrichtigungen, wenn Produkte wieder verfügbar sind. Alles wirkt durchdacht und funktioniert sauber.
Von mir ganz klar 5 Sterne und eine Empfehlung für alle, die eine unkomplizierte Lösung in diesem Bereich suchen.

I like how easy to navigate and set up the app is, support is also easy to access with quick replies. I love having this iPad in my store, it has made pre selling and managing out of stock items much easier.
